Willow comes to London!

London?!?

Let us introduce you to Willow. Although she's a willow she's not really anything to do with a tree, or even with Wiccan on Buffy. She came with a much posher name, which is Addaci Holdbeli Magia, but somewhere somehow sometime before she came to live with us in London she got to be known as Willow, too.

Willow sometimes sleeps (emphasis on sometimes)....mainly on our friends laps.

We first saw Willow this summer and totally were smitten with her. She is the most incredible funny happy creature with not only the longest, but also the strongest tail. We think all that talk about docking vs non docking has not too much to do with hunting injuries than with the injuries the tails cause to humans when they get whipped in the face! Tail whipping besides, luckily for us Willow is now a London girl.

Shame that Jo-Otto and Franz won't get to meet this new addition to the household - they are on a semi permanent holiday with lovely Ann.

Hey Rozie, i know Willow misses Rozie too! See ya at work (she means gundog work, working tests and the like, she's still young and thinks its all fun...in contrast to Radio who was always at the job center Willow will work for her upkeep). But luckily for us she already knows how to retrieve - not only one but a minimum of two toys at once, preferably a sock thrown in.

Hi Willow! You nearly came to live with me but I'm happy you are with your new parents cos I think I prefer being a single boy :-)

Mind you I'm very impressed that you can retrieve two toys at once...hrm, that could do with some work...any top tips?!

Enjoy your new folks, I know they will be the best folks a dog could have (well, suppose mine are ok too).

Oh the hugest welcome to blogworld little Mz Willow. Now. When you were a very wee baby puppy did your elders and betters teach you about manners and prayers - grace before meals and that kind of thing? And especially the night time thank you god stuff?

Well just in case they did not redgirls in mumsy mode think that what you should be doing is saying "oh thank you god for my new mum and dad. They are the very VERY best"

Our mum is smiling yes from ear to ear. We are so totally happy for you. What a fairy story.

Look out Blogworld - here comes Willow!

WELCOME!

excitedly yours

hi Anna, we had to give the cats to Ann becaus Lasse is going through chemo and the doctors say so long as they are off the bed and kitchen counters etc its ok - but our beasts are indoors only cats and live on the bed and know how to open doors - so this is a 6 month holiday for them. but i did promise Ann that if her son falls in love with them they can keep them. sad sad but they are really happy....and willow is not allowed on the bed (!) she really isn't....(!) xa

hi redgirls, she misses her best pal rozie, which was a mother figure to her and they spent much time together. saying this, redgirls could teach willow a thing or two, especially when it comes to shopping and girlie stuff (rozie was a bit of a feminist really, she didnt shave and had long wiry fur). xx

Oh I am so sorry to hear about Lasse. Sending my best wishes.

Glad the cats are happy.

Also hoping Lasse is very well. Willow therapy will be the very best thing I'm sure :-)

For Lasse and Andrea, and a new member of family Willow!

(LA CAGE AUX FOLLES / THE BEST OF TIMES)

The best of times is now.
What's left of Summer
But a faded rose?
The best of times is now.
As for tomorrow,
Well, who knows? Who knows? Who knows?

So hold this moment fast,
And live and love
As hard as you know how.
And make this moment last,
Because the best of times is now,
Is now,
is NOW!

A very big welcome to Willow from all of us; Ross, Steven and most of all Hamish.

Did you know we're your closest Vizsla friends (Sorry everyone else but we only live across the park).

We are so excited to have a wee puppy around as we miss Radio so very much.

Soon we'll be having lots of fun together and even sleepovers at our house too.

Lasse must insist on lots and lots of Vizsla hugs to help him through his treatment. But Willow might need to wait in a long queue for her turn for that.

Welcome to your new home little, spicey, firey spirited Willow.

We love you already and can't wait to get our teeth into proper gundog stuff with you.

Hey sis!!

It's your sister Teagan here. Came across your blog accidentally
tonight. Dad was watching Topgear so came online to kill some time! You look so happy in your new home and I love your new name. We were last to leave our mum at Jeanna's and we both left at the same time, we were sad to see you had come back but you have come up trumps now!!
I live in Scotland now, we have lots in common, the long waggy tail and I love to retrieve socks, knickers you name it.
Better go just now,

Teagan xx
